Import function doesn't import rating set in another db

Import function doesn't seem to apply rating (number of stars) to video although the code is clearly there in the XML file, and tagging is successfully imported, so the import worked for other fields : extracted example:-
<Comment>
</Comment>
<Rating>4</Rating>
<CustomTitle>
</CustomTitle>


But rating remains as "unrated" (no stars)
Do I need to import multiple times to ensure all fields are updated?

Need more details, because it works for me for 2k of Items, different scenarios, just checked.
