I have both Videonizer and Video Thumbnail Maker. Silver license for both
In videonizer, when I try to use “SCREENLISTS FULL AUTO” I get the following 3 errors:
1- Can’t Write file (OK)
2- Can’t Write file (OK)
3- Videonizer has not enough privileges to save file in its folder (OK)
If I open Video thumbnail maker and choose the file – it is created no issues
The files can then be added and work correctly.
I have redownloaded the applications from the website and uninstalled / reinstalled using the primary administrator account.
This is also the account I am running the program from.
Any help would be appreciated.
