Reinstalling Videonizer

If I reinstall Videonizer, would i need a new serial file to unlock premium features? I have bought the software, but does the serial change from a reinstall?

Please feel free to resinstall Videonizer on the same PC.
Usually Serial changes only after main hardware changes (motherboard, CPU) or upgrading to a next gen version of Windows (from 7 to 10).

And if I reinstall windows or change my PC?. Do you return the key again?
