I process thousands streams with VTM. Usually it works well, but some streams are corrupted and fail.
After a successful run then, the list will have quite a few failed videos, mixed in with all the successfully thumbnailed ones. It would be a huge timesaver if VTM had an option to append "VTMFailed" or some other unique string to the files it failed to process. That way I could easily isolate them for further scrutiny later.

Thank you!

I do this in windows with my XYplorer. I start VTM from a script, and after VTM finished, the script checks for the existing jpg-files. You could do this from a dos batch too.

I'm not particularly adept at scripting. Would you mind sharing yours?

I use XYplorer-Scripts. You must have regged it, to use scripts. And I don't have any DOS-Batches ATM, but it's not that hard to build one googleing for the commands.

If you own XY, let me know (send pm), then I'll quickly make a script for you.

I like the idea of VTM being able to do this internally (but kudos to ds1508 for doing it with scripting).
