Program isnt accepting the vkf file

Hi,

Already emailed about it, but i just got a new key as a response
When ever i put the key in the folder, and startup/restart the program. It still shows me as a common user.
Unlike Video Thumbnail Maker which is working fine with the key.

Cottage logo can be for 5 cases:
1) Your Serial differs from the one you have sent to me (not your case?).
2) You have changed the name of activation key file (not your case? several installations on PC?).
3) You have placed it to the wrong folder (not your case? different installations?).
4) The program has not enough privileges to access its own folder. In that case you will see 'first start language selection' window every time you run the program.
Try to install the program to another location (for instance, to a newly created folder on disk D:\xxxxx\).
5) Please make sure you are using the latest version of the program.

1) Double checked, same key
2) Double checked, I havent touched the file you send me, and its the only installation
3) Double checked, moved it into C:\Program Files\Pictures Thumbnails Maker
4) Double checked, opened the program with admin
5) Using version 2.8.0.4

Tried everything, also moved it to a other folder.
But nothing..

Activation Key file field is empty, so the program can not find activation key file in its folder.
Please try to install the program to another location (for instance, to a newly created folder on disk D:\xxxxx\)

Uninstalling it, removing all traces of the program and then reinstalling it at the same location worked... weird.

Maybe there some setting in the program that you must set first so the it can receive a vkf files.
