Been a little while since i used the programme but i went to make some thumbs today, added the folder i wanted and set the output folder, clicked Magic and the window breifly flashed white and that was it, nothing else happened, i tried Start and the same thing happened.
I updated to the latest version and still getting the same results

Hi I also am encountering this issue exactly as written. I will endeavor to record a video of it.
Funny it worked once and then this happened the 2nd time I used it in the same session. Now it is stuck this way. I was on v 20, and upgraded to v24, no difference. Is there a cache or some temp files I could delete?
