Option to start VTM when Windows starts.

I use VTM to automatically create screenshots for newly added files. Python script sends cmd commands to VTM.

Since VTM is one of the key components of my automation process, it needs to be always ON.

Load at startup would put me at ease, one less thing to worry about.
