PicturesThumbnailsViewer.exe not opening PTX file

I tried on both Windows 7 and 10, MAKER works, but not VIEWER.

Opening a PTX, nothing happens. Viewer won't start.

Diag.log shows only "Process Started".

There is an option in Preferences (CTRL+P).
"Browse only VTX files". Make sure it is unchecked.

I see, that works.

I disabled that option because I only like to view VTX file, not JPG (when VTX and JPG are in the same folder, it seems that Viewer will open both when I browse that folder -- I see the same image twice). I didn't know that Viewer is used to open both VTX and PTX.
