Face 2 problem
1.after install just open the first time and second time not open. (show this error: video thumbnails maker by scorp has stoppped working)
2.Some video need more time or stoped .

Please provide more details for that error,
you can copy error detail from error window, or you can find the error in Window Event Viewer (please google how to use it, if needed).
