How to choose shots manually?

I don't see anything in OPTIONS that allows me to choose shots manually.. where?

Select a single video file in the main window, then click right mouse button and select "Choose shots manually".

all I see is a window that pops up for 1 second and then disappears...doesn't work

That is fixed in VTM 12
