Is it possible to get a bill or invoice for our business resp. accounting after payment and what must I do?
In the PayPal dialog I see only a single cell with a free modify able amount to make a "donation" in USD.

You can send details (Serials and desired nicknames) to my email after payment.
You will receive activation keys and instructions in reply.
