I have a problem with WebP. I generate the file and then when I open it with PicturesThumbnailViewer, the animated frame starts by reading the first frame, then the first and second frames, then returns and shows the first and second and third, returns to the first and shows up to the fourth. And so on. How can i solv it?
When I open with Chrome, reads at once.

Have you tried to use the latest version of VTM?
That issue was fixed in VTM 10.0.0.4.
If you use PTM, please update it too.
