Why, after upgrading my system's CPU, does the Videonizer Platinum version show the following error?

Q. When I try to open an existing 100+ database, I get the "Sorry. Free version is limited to 100 items." message. I have the Silver/Gold/Platinum version and it shows that it is activated with the key found when I hit the Silver/Gold/Platinum button. It seems I'm getting none of the features even though it says Silver/Gold/Platinum is activated.
A. Your Serial Number has been changed. Please send your registration details as well as your new Serial Number to my email. You will be answered with your new Activation Key ASAP.
