[Feature Request] Support Subtitle Text Stamp

Description: Subtitle doesn't get capture in the video thumb
Issue: Unable to read the subtitle caption at that timeframe.
Propose Solution: I would like to support for Subtitle to be shown in the video as well. Whether it be a external (for example a .srt file located in the same folder) or a internal (added in the video files), when capturing the Thumbnails it also show the Subtitle text.
Right now, subtitle will only get shown if it is a Hardsubs, which is burned in the image.
