Over the years I have accumulated many videos of my family and I would like to cut and trim some of the scenes. Video thumbnails maker does a great job giving me screenshots with time captions but I have not found a video editing program that really works very well with it. There are lots of video player programs that do fine and will open the video at the point in time in the caption of the screenshot, but I have not found a video editing program that will do that. Any recommendations? Thanks to all.

Would you like to do cut/trim video files manually (file by file)?
Or you would like to set up a kind of rule, like the "Advanced Timeline Setting" in VTM and do it automatically in a batch?

Thank you, I believe that I would be using it to cut individual videos, one at a time because they would vary so much in their content that I don't think I would set up an automatic rule of any type. It would be very nice if I could just click on a particular screenshot at a particular time and have the editor open up at that point in the video.
