Bug report - version 19 on Windows 7

The startup window with language selection is shown every time I start VTM. And the folder which was used to open the last file(s) is also not reminded. I already tried to open the tool in admin mode - same result.

Nothing was changes in this part.
Most likely the issue is on your side.
Just tried Win7 64-bit.

This folder is not existing. I will uninstall and re-install the tool...

*** Update: Working fine again. Looks like a cleaner tool deleted the folder. Thanks for the quick support!
