Movies & TV Windows 10 App

I have no external video player. Videonizer offers to open file with Firefox or Windows Media Player. I use Movies & TV Windows 10 App as default player, but Videonizer doesn't see it 
Could you please tell me - where is the path where the "Movies & TV Windows 10 App" is (default) installed and executes?
I did not find.
On the other hand, is there any API to call the app? It looks like that "Movies & TV" is an app to be used by Windows 10 itself (exclusively).
