Hello.

I miss a button, near to the paging numbers, that selects a random video of any of the pages, something similar to the "I'll be lucky" Google's button.

That is possible, but have you checked "Sort Order" -> "Random"?
From my point of view it does almost the same.

Yes, but this button would direct to you exactly to a movie, selecting it in fact. Also it would change the page (the movie could be any of the existent in that database, not only in the current page). It is something freaky but sometimes the difference is some kind of features (of course once you have created a solid application with all the "required" functionality, as you did).
