i have recently got a new PC and i have moved all my stuff over and as you can see by the attached image



In the top right i have an activated product but i can't open my database because it is saying my program is the free version.
If needed i can email you my activation info

It is a bit confusing, but you need a new activation key (your hardware changed).
Please send your new Serial to my email.
