How can I create just 1 image? I set the specific time at 10 seconds, and also the start, stop at 10 seconds, but I get 4 thumbnails.

Have you tried to set Static Matrix 1x1? (in Columns//Rows section of Options window)

Are you talking about where I circled on the attached image? With it set the way it is, I still get 2 images.

Why are you asking about VTM in PTM thread?

In your case you just need to turn Specific time checkbox off to get 1x1 matrix.
