3.0 Crash on startup

Version 2.8 worked fine, upgraded to 3.0 and it give the "Videonizer has stopped working, windows is collecting more info...." window when the videonizer logo thing is on screen before the program loads.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Also moved my .vfk key, got the unregistered 100 video limit box up, created a new database and still got the crash so i guess that rules out my old database as a cause.
Also upgraded Video Thumb Maker to 8.0 and that works fine.
also here is the 3 files windows generates when it crashes

Please make sure database file is not read only and Videonizer has enoght priviledges to access its folder and database folder.
And another question is - could you share you database file with me?

The database I'm using is new created by Videonizer 3.0 and totally empty.
The database is in the Videonizer folder and nothing is read only and Videoizer is "run as admin".
System and Admin etc have full access to the videonizer folder.
Also just tried booting in safe mode and it still crashes.
Ive got Win10 on another HD on this computer so i booted into that and videonizer works fine there.
Ive also tried reintsalling .net 4.0 and tried installing .net 4.6.

Uninstalled from C:
Reinstalled onto D:\videonizer
it creates newVideonizerDB.db3 in that folder
and it still crashes the same way

I just opened your database on Windows 7 SP1 without issues (Videonizer 3.0.0.0).
It still looks like the problem is on your side.
How many user accounts are on your PC?
