Jumping to video from screenshot

Hello,
One of the updates added a function where you can right click on a screenshot and it will take you to that moment in the video.
This feature does not seem to work when the video has a long filename with spaces.
I have tried with Media Player Classic and the error message says "file not found."
When I tried to VLC, the error message was "VLC could not open the file "I:\Video\Trips\2012\compilation.mp4" (Bad file descriptor)."
