it would be nice if one could disable the confirmation box that comes up. Maybe an option in settings?

- The ability to resize the main window by grabbing the edges or corner.

Sorry, but only Normal and Maximized sizes will be available in the nearest future. That is not an easy task because of the initial design.

- In XL or 4K zoom levels, the ability to display an entire screenlist, instead of just one frame. Maybe just a checkbox next to the zoom levels on the main window? Maybe also a check box for enabling or disabling animations?

Good idea, need to try. BTW, you can enable/disable animations in Settings.

- A 5K zoom level above 4K, or just a slider for zoom? I have a 15" laptop with a 4K screen, and at the 4K zoom level the images still come up two wide. Edit: just read the thread on caching and thumbnail size. I don't need a larger thumbnail size, just a way to display the entire screenlist in a larger size.

Yes, Categories are to handle Tags.

Thus far I like the implementation!

Thoughts:
- In 9.2 the switch to turn off the notification window doesn't seem to work. Regardless of what I have selected I still get the window.
- Love that it already works in full screen.
- If it's database specific, maybe a way to import the custom hotkey setup into another database? For my application they won't change across databases.
- Maybe a quick way on the main UI to show files that have NO tags? I discovered the right click reserve of the filters, maybe another tab next to the 'and' and 'or' that's 'none?'

It suppresses only the second window. This one:


The main confirmation window with the detailed info is always shown.

Yes, it is a bit tricky at the moment.
1) Click on "Tags", then on "Select All" for Tags on the right.
2) Switch to "OR" instead of "AND" above the "Tags" button.
3) Use right mouse button on the TAG filter indicator or the button itself to invert the filter.

Will think how to improve.

What's the different between 'Purge' and 'Replace?'

Let's say your Item has Tag1, Tag2 and Tag3.
And you Tag Bean has Tag2 and Tag4.

Purge result: Tag1 and Tag3 (Tag2 was purged).
Replace result: Tag2 and Tag4 (all tags were removed, then Tag2 and Tag4 were added).
Merge result: Tag1, Tag2, Tag3 and Tag4.

No biggie, it actually works pretty well if you know about the right click, which doesn't show up in the help explanations.

All filter indicators over the dotted line contain a hint about the right mouse button.
