Bug report: No VTM window after start

Windows7, 64bit, SP1, all updates
VTM 9.1 licensed

I had this bug as well in the past in a previous VTM version.

I start VTM by link. The definition is "open in normal window".
VTM starts, in the taskbar of Windows appears the VTM icon.

But the window of VTM is not there. Clicking the icon in the taskbar show no reaction.

I deinstalled VTM and installed it new. After a little while the bug is again working: No VTM window

Workaround that helps:
Changing link definition in: "open in maximized window"
Starting VTM. Icon in taskbar appears and the maximized window of VTM appears.
Dropping the window from the window desktop border and VTM get his normal window size.

Any ideas? Solutions?

I have ~10000 runs of the program on Windows 7, but I have never seen that bug.
Do you have "Restore last window position after restart" ON in Environment window?

Another question is - do you use any Windows (desktop?) tweaking software?

Same here. A few 1000 runs ... without this problem.
Yes "restore last position ... is enabled".

Another question is - do you use any Windows (desktop?) tweaking software?

No I don't.

I think you can temporary disable it to avoid the problem.
I will look into the code to find the reason. Thank you.

I have disabled the feature and the problem is gone.
