[Feature Request] A dialog to quickly add tags with the keyboard

Implemented in Videonizer 11.3.0.1.

A small issue with creating new tags and Quick Selection:
If I create a new tag the tag will not show up in the Quick Selection drop down list
until I disable and re-enable Quick Selections.
