My video are located at
c:\video\1
c:\vidoe\2
My thumbnails (vtx, jpg, webm) are located at
c:\video\thumbnails\1
c:\video\thumbnails\2

If I rename video to video1:
c:\video1\1
c:\video1\2
c:\video1\thumbnails\1
c:\video1\thumbnails\2

If I open vtx from thumbnail, it cannot find the video.

Since I have 3000 files, it is impossible to relocate each file manually.

How to batch relocate all files reference recursively in the thumbnails folder?

If we are talking about a single parent folder with 3000 of files in subdirectories, then I can suggest the solution.

1) Rename "video1" back to "video".
2) Run Videonizer. Add that parent "video" folder to it.
3) Run "DB Tools" -> "Scan for Screenlists in a Folder" and point that "c:\video\thumbnails" folder to add screenlists to video items.
4) Select all your video files in Videonizer and use the main context menu "Files" -> "Move to Folder".

Something like that.
