1. Actors list can't be scrolled using mouse wheel.
2. Comments font in actors list window is so small it's impossible to read.

I have no such issues.
Please provide more details: screenshots, OS version, display resoluton, DPI scaling setings in Windows, .NET version used.

Ok, I reproduced the issues on Windows 7.
That is really strange, because Windows 10 is ok.

Will try to fix asap.
Thx for reporting that.

Moreover, Windows 7 has a funny horizontal scroll bar for 125%.

Point 2 is easy to fix,
Point 1 is hard... need to dig into it.
