please support more video format

It looks like some common video formats are not supported. FLV for example. Another problem is - it gives distorted preview when handling with *.rm or *.ram format (real ). Please check. Thank you.

There are no any problems with FLV.
You can always use Crystal engine to deal with FLV.
Also, you can install a codec pack of your choice and use Engines 1-2, Extreme engine.
If the program does not add files of your choice to the program, make sure you have selected appropriate file extenstion in environment window (F3 hotkey).
