Difference VideoPixelAverage Rate Filemanager vs VTM

The Win7 filemanager (explorer.exe) says that a testfile has a Video Pixel Avarage Rate: 7500 kb/s
VTM says that the same file has a Video Pixel Avarage Rate: 3985 kb/s

Who is correct ... who is wrong?

You can try to use MediaInfo tool to get more details on the video file.

4Gb file without that I have the copyright ... problem ...
