VideoThumbnailsMaker 14.1.0.0 won't start
Thank you. I was able to download installed VTM version 14.0.0.0, but still doing the same thing. Note that within the event viewer, the previous error message I posted originally, there are 2 other error events showing right after it in this order. I also checked for the file C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v4.0.30319_32\System.Core\8cec84ecb3d50ccbba63dc64d18eefaf\System.Core.ni.dll
and it does exists on my PC.
Thanks

Which .NET version did you try to uninstall/install?
VTM should work on .NET version 4 or higher, most likely you have .NET 4.8.
Could you please try in uninstall 4.8 and install .NET 4.0 or even .NET 4.0 Client Profile instead. Just for test.
