Ok, it is not a visual glitch, it is empty indeed.

The only difference in WMI code is the lower/upper/camel case,
I don't believe it could be an issue, but let's find it out.
I will prepare a beta version for you test, if you don't mind.

I've updated Win11 to 22631.4169, the Serial is there.

Just did a clean test on a virtual machine with Win11 23H2 Build 22631.3593 English.
The Serial is there.

Please try to install to different locations.

What is the version of your Windows?

Did you install Videonizer to the default location suggested by the installer?

You can not activate Videonizer without Serial in it.

One more idea - maybe Windows Defender or any other software is blocking specifically Videonizer.

The WMI code is exactly the same.
I believe this is an external factor.
