Hello,
Could you please try to install 14.0.0.0 and check it?
I am trying to understand - is the issue related to the latest release or not.

Where can I download the previous version? I tried to look on your download page but could not find it. I only see the change log.

Thanks

Thank you. I was able to download installed VTM version 14.0.0.0, but still doing the same thing. Note that within the event viewer, the previous error message I posted originally, there are 2 other error events showing right after it in this order. I also checked for the file C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v4.0.30319_32\System.Core\8cec84ecb3d50ccbba63dc64d18eefaf\System.Core.ni.dll
and it does exists on my PC.

Thanks

Thanks for logs.
They look weird.
Looks like a .NET corruption, but I am mot sure, need to check.

Which .NET version did you try to uninstall/install?
VTM should work on .NET version 4 or higher, most likely you have .NET 4.8.

Could you please try in uninstall 4.8 and install .NET 4.0 or even .NET 4.0 Client Profile instead. Just for test.

Hello,

There was an update out yesterday "February 27, 2020-KB4537572 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 and Windows Server 1903 RTM and Windows 10, version 1909 and Windows Server, version 1909".

After I install this update, I was able to run Video Thumbnail.

Thank you for all your help.
