Hi there

I have been using VTM for many years and it's mostly been working perfectly fine. I have now run into an issue, I can't start it any more.

It worked as late of yesterday evenning. I have tried uninstalling/removing directory, reinstall with and without the activation key, still the same issue.

When I run VideoThumbnailsMaker.exe it tries for a few seconds then nothing.

Event viewer shows this

Hello.

Please try to re-install .NET.

.NET Framework 4 Client profile in enough for VTM.

Several points.
1) What is your OS version?
2) Probably, an anti-virus is in play.

Win10, now 1903.

It works now.... After uninstall/reinstall of .NET and Windows updates from the last few weeks.

My guess is a half-cocked-Windows-update partly broke my system, and VTM didn't like it.

PS. Just noticed I spelled VTM wrong in teh subject, d'oh... sorry about that.
