Hello!

Video Thumbnails Maker cannot be activated. The program shows "Activation Key is found" (Key file is in the folder). But I cannot use the ultimate engine. And it isn´t ad-free.

I also tried the older versions. Same problem there. I started it with admin rights.

Also I cannot render new thumbnails since a while. I get the following log:

[INFO] [22:24:40] Program started

[INFO] [22:27:36] Job is Started
[INFO] [22:27:36] File 1: [F:\movie.mp4]
[DEBUG] [22:27:36] .... Engine 1: Can't render the file
[DEBUG] [22:27:36] .... Engine 1 INIT failed, making an attempt to use Secondary engine
[DEBUG] [22:27:36] .... Engine 2 DxPlay function failed

Hello!

It looks like your Serial has been changed.
Please send your new Serial to my email (press F4 hotkey in the program and copy it).

BTW your case is described in FAQ (first question):
http://www.suu-design.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24

Also please use the latest version VTM 10.0.0.4.

Thanks for the new activation key file! :) Maybe you can implement a message which will inform us about this?

But now I have a new problem. Everytime when I want to create a thumbnail (tested with ultimate and crystal engine - rest not tested) VTM opens more an more "DOS boxes".
Till I have to reset my computer. Beacause I cannot do anything else within seconds. The "boxes" have the effect that my computer only work for them and everything else doesn´t really work any more... Had to restart it now 3 times... :(

The VTM.exe including path is the name of every box.

Any idea?

Regards,
Marc

I think I found the problem. Norton Internet Security -> Auto Protect... It doesn´t like VTM and deleted some files altough I told Norton that I trust it...
