Hello, I am not new to VTM but I just purchased a license and upgraded to version 9.0 the latest upgrade.
Since then I have been having trouble creating multiple thumbnails.Mostly get multiple side windows open and program never
makes the thumbnail unless i use engine 1 ,or engine 2.Have had no luck using the Crystal or Ultimate engines.they look like console windows.tried to post a picture but don't know how to do it.

re-installed VTM9.1 program worked correctly the first time second time it was back to making all those extra windows.
sure would hate to have to install every time i use this.

You are the first one reporting about such issue.
It looks very strange.

Could you please provide the full path shown on the top of that console window?

Another thoughts:
Probably, you use some kind of Windows tweaking program that disables standard window behaviour and forces those windows to pop-up under certain circumstances.

this could be my problem .I do use Start 10 to give my Windows 10 the appearance of Windows 7.Will disable it later when i can figure out how to do it and give VTM another try.Thanks for the help
