Problem with 8K VR videos

Hello, I have problem making thumbanils from 8K VR videos , 6K working just fine. Using latest update and Silver plan. Thanks.
Any error messages in the log file?
What are your Options/Settings?
Can I have a sample file (please no shock content)?
