Hi,

I have an external monitor plugged into my laptop with a HDMI cable (extended display mode), but i am unable to drag the videonizer application over to the external monitor. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix this?

Thanks

Hi,

Please make sure the Videonizer window is not Maximized.

Yeah i have tried that. It seems as though i cant even get the application to minimize (as in not be in full screen and be able to adjust the size by dragging corners etc..)...

What is the resolution of your main screen?

Its set at 1366 x 768 (Recommended), I tried changing it to the other options but that didn't help. I might try reinstalling it soon, but would that need a new activation?

I'm able to minimize and maximize the app on my PC, but as gam99 mentioned we can't drag to resize it. That would be a wonderful feature to add in since it's way too big on my 32 inch monitor running at 2560 x 1440 resolution.

1366x768 is the minimum supported resolution, but the height is not enough a bit.
My advice is to try to temporary switch to a higher resolution, then restore the window position and try to drag it to the external monitor.

As for the ability to resize the main window manually - there are no such plans at the moment.

That's the largest resolution option it gives me on my laptop screen. But after playing around with it a bit i managed to get it open on the external monitor, just had to select 'show only monitor 2' then restore it down, then revert back to having extended display mode and was able to drag it to the external monitor.

Thanks
