when the program start I get this (see picture)
after I choose any DB it closes immediately

Same error with V4
It seems to me that it is a problem with my OS sqlite (close after choosing DB file) or .Net ishu
any Idea how to fix that

Can you tell me how can I uninstall the program completely
I think there is leftovers that interfere with the new install

1) No after install VTM 13 and Videonizer 5 the problem start
2) from where can I download Ver 4
3) The program on start asking for DB choosing ANY DB ends with same behavior.

After choosing database file (Any including the New supplied) the yellow gui of the program just closes.
My locales Hebrew.
tried reinstall, uninstall, instal (in a different location, with and without license)
uninstall and install again .Net
restarts several times
