I use codec independent. Some of the avi files are working and some still aren't. However I've tried the codec dependent like you suggested and it appears to work for the trouble episodes.

Before I got my license I was able to manually select the images for .avi files. Now I cannot. I tried removing the license, uninstalling and using the "common" install again, I have to convert the files to mp4 or mkv before I can manually choose the images.

Please help.
